Return & Refund Policy
1. What is our return policy?
EASY RETURNS.
In an unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in the unused, unworn condition with the original wrapping materials purchased from Crystsiva (www.CrystsivaCharms.com), can be returned within 30 Days of the delivery date. If you do not contact us within 30 Days we may not be able to assist you. Crystsiva Gift Cards, prizes won from our contests or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Items purchased from Flash Sales, seasonal sales or clearances are FINAL and will not be eligible for returns.
Returns by Mail
For U.S. Customers: You must print a shipping label from our portal at https://www.Crystsivacharms.com/a/returns
Please note the shipping fees of priority mailing or express mailing are not refundable and a return shipping fee of $7.95 for U.S. residents will be charged per return. This return shipping fee will be automatically subtracted from the refund.
For U.K. Customers
Please use your own shipping methods to ship back the product. But you must email us the tracking number and carrier name to hello@crystsivacharms.com in order to get a refund. Please note Crystsiva will not reimburse the costs of shipping for UK customers.
Steps for Returns for U.S. Customers:
1> Access our return portal at https://www.Crystsivacharms.com/a/returns
Enter your order number and email address included in the original purchase confirmation email to access the portal.
2> Once entering the portal, you have to select the item you wish to return and enter the reason code.
3> You should receive an email with a return label shortly.
4> Place the merchandise and a printed return confirmation email with the return number in the package.
5> Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
6> Drop off a package at your nearest US postal office. Please note currently we DO NOT accept returns using your own shipping methods in U.S..
Crystsiva will not reimburse the cost of shipping nor issue refunds for returned merchandises that are shipped using your own methods in U.S.

8> Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account. If the return email or prepaid return label are misplaced, please contact our Customer Services Team at: hello@Crystsivacharms.com for further assistance.
2. What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. If you would like to exchange, please follow the regular return process and create a new order for the merchandise.
3. Can I return Crystsiva Jewelry purchased using a gift card?
Yes, you can return Crystsiva Jewelry purchased using a gift card. For this type of returns, you will be issued a new gift card with the purchase value minus $7.95 per returned fee for U.S. customers. If your original method of payment was E-Gift card or physical gift card you will be issued a new E-gift card of the purchase value minus $7.95 for U.S. customers per returned fee.
4. Can a gift recipient return Crystsiva Jewelry?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a gift recipient return by mail. For security and privacy concerns, a gift recipient must ask the original purchaser to proceed a regular return.
5. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?
Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Crystsiva. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
6. My Crystsiva Jewelry has arrived and is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Please follow the regular return process to send the damaged items or incorrect items back. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. For refunds due to these issues, you will be issued a gift card with the merchandise value minus $7.95 per returned fee for U.S. customers. This fee will be automatically subtracted from the refund and the shipping fees of priority mailing or express mailing are not refundable.
If you find that the ring delivered to you has the correct size you ordered but does not fit well, this is not the case of "incorrect" size, you may return it by following our regular return process. Please note a regular return fee of $7.95 is applied to this type of case for U.S. customers.
7. My order has arrived but some items are missed from the order?
As a reminder, you may receive several packages separately from one order if you purchase more than one item. Please check all tracking numbers to make sure that all of the items are shipped before contacting us. You can track your orders in the following link:

8. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund.
